1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk78 ("pk78", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the pk78 website at pk78.onl, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any Casino or Slot game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pk78 platform in any way. These Terms apply to all players from Pakistan accessing pk78 and cover all aspects of the platform — Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games, Promotions and all associated payment processes.

pk78 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To access betting, Casino or gaming features on pk78 you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pk78 does not permit any person under 18 to register or use the platform.
• Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. Providing false details — including your name, date of birth, address or contact information — is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pk78 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• pk78 may request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or documentation related to your payment method. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• Accounts are for personal use only. You may not hold an account on behalf of a third party, and you may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit on pk78 is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Methods available to you at any given time are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk78 balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• pk78 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside pk78's control.
• Before processing a withdrawal, pk78 may require completion of identity verification and confirmation that any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Funds deposited into your pk78 account must not originate from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source. pk78 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity and cooperate with any relevant investigations.

Bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds that are not part of a bonus balance are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the verification requirements above.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk78, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pk78, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds for live in-play markets may change rapidly — the odds shown at the moment your bet is accepted are final.
• pk78 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a software error, incorrect odds display, or any technical fault. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to pk78's sport-specific rules. Generally, if a Cricket match does not reach its minimum required overs, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you place your bet. pk78 may adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion.
• pk78 uses external data providers for live scores and match results. In the event of a data discrepancy, pk78's internal records will be used to settle bets. Any disputes must be raised with support within 72 hours of settlement.
• Bets placed on markets that are clearly mispriced due to human or system error — including odds that are obviously out of line with market value — may be voided at pk78's discretion regardless of the outcome.

5 Casino and Slot Games

pk78 offers a Casino section including Live Casino tables and a Game Lobby with over 500 Slot titles. The following rules apply to all Casino and Slot game play:

• All Casino and Slot games on pk78 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by the player or by pk78.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for Slot games are set by the game provider and are displayed in the game information panel. pk78 does not modify RTP settings.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a Casino or Slot session, the outcome of the round in progress may be void. pk78 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection on the player's side.
• Live Casino tables operate according to the rules of the specific game variant in play — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show titles each have their own published rules visible within the game interface.
• Some Casino games may not be available to players during an active bonus, or may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. This is stated in the applicable bonus terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pk78 offers a range of bonuses for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Cricket and PSL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has its own specific terms — including the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period. These are displayed clearly on the Promotions page and before you claim any offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the existing one.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other players.
• pk78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already claimed and subject to active wagering will not be cancelled mid-cycle unless a breach of terms is identified.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawable winnings, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their account reviewed for possible closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk78. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts or software to place bets, access the platform, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Colluding with other players — including sharing information about in-play markets, coordinating bets on the same event from multiple accounts, or any form of match fixing.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known error must be reported to support and will not be honoured.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, theft, or any other criminal source.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed with a bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to obscure your location or identity in order to access the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour or abuse directed at pk78 staff or other players via the support system or any other communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk78 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Betting and gaming should always be a choice made with a clear head and a set budget — not a source of financial stress or compulsion. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your pk78 balance. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it activates.
• Session Time Limits: Choose how long each betting or gaming session can last. You will be notified when your limit is reached and can choose to log out or extend with a manual confirmation.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During an exclusion period, pk78 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from logging in or opening a new account.

9 Privacy and Data

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, pk78's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. pk78 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunity, or anticipated winnings from bets not placed due to technical issues.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity problems, device failure, or third-party service outages outside pk78's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Errors in live data feeds used for in-play betting where pk78 has acted in good faith based on available information.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk78's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

pk78 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a notice displayed when you next log in. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
